OpenFOAM is an upstream open-source project, developed by OpenCFD Ltd and the OpenFOAM Foundation. Our contribution is packaging: we maintain an optimized build pipeline and publish ready-to-use native packs (and Docker images) on our download server, so you can run a usable OpenFOAM tree on a host or in a container without building it yourself. The build configuration lives in our GitHub fork; OpenFOAM itself is developed upstream.
