Xiaohe took a plain 45-slide conference deck on SDF-FEM-DEM particle simulation and rebuilt it in one consistent gold-on-dark theme — typography, color, layout, and media — in a single pass.

A user had a dense 45-slide conference deck on SDF-FEM-DEM particle simulation — all content in place, but plain: default styling, mixed fonts, and awkward layouts. They asked Xiaohe to make it presentable.
Xiaohe replayed the whole deck in HTML as a faithful 1:1 copy, applied one consistent gold-on-dark design system, re-embedded the eight videos and figure sets, then QA’d every rendered slide and rebuilt the deck back to the source folder.
For this public showcase the cover and closing slides are redacted — the presenter’s identity and a contact QR code are blurred.
1. Intake
Read the 45-slide deck and inventory every embedded video and figure into a media ledger.
2. Rebuild in HTML
Replay every slide as HTML — a faithful 1:1 copy of the content.
3. Design
Apply one gold-on-dark design system: display type, palette, spacing, and fresh cover and closing layouts.
4. Re-embed media
Re-attach the eight videos and figure sets to their slides.
5. QA every slide
Render each slide and check layout, overflow, and media placement.
6. Deliver
Export the rebuilt deck back to the meeting folder, ready to present.
